These Terms govern your use of SetQR (the "Service"), operated by Blue Beacon Creative, LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01Your account

You're responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in secure, and for activity under it. You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.

02Acceptable use

You agree not to use SetQR to create or distribute links or QR codes that:

• point to malware, phishing, or deceptive content;
• facilitate spam, fraud, or illegal activity;
• infringe others' intellectual property or privacy;
• harass, threaten, or harm others.

We use automated and manual review to fight abuse. We may disable any link, QR code, or account that violates these Terms or threatens the safety of the Service or its users, with or without notice. Reports of abuse: [email protected].

03Your content

You keep ownership of the links, codes, and data you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service (store, process, resolve, and display your content to the audiences you choose).

04The never-expire commitment

We design the Service so that your published short links and printed QR codes keep resolving — including after you downgrade or cancel a paid plan. Plan limits apply to creating new links and codes, not to ones already live. This commitment does not apply to links you delete, links that violate these Terms, or if the Service is discontinued with reasonable notice.

05Plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans bill in advance through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and returns you to the free plan's creation limits. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

06Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

07Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Beacon Creative, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

08Termination

You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Blue Beacon Creative, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10Changes

We may update these Terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
